PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until Aëdle has confirmed the pre-order by issuing a pre-order confirmation. Once you have placed your pre-order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email. Payments for pre-orders are secured and processed by third-party Paypal.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING
You can pay online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal account. The prices available on our webshop are VAT excl. If you pre-order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include French VAT at 19,6%. For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information. Shipping costs will be added to your pre-order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to shipping rates in our FAQ section for more information about general rates. All our shipments will take place by the end of February 2013 from our warehouses in Brittany, France. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues. In addition, Aëdle reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
When pre-ordering from our webshop, Aëdle offer you the possibility to cancel your pre-order, for any reason, from the date of order until shipping date. Full refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within 3 days after having received the cancellation demand at payments@aedle.net. For partial or full refund, we use Paypal gateway. Aëdle gives you a 7-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to contact us at payments@aedle.net within the 7 days and return your product in perfect condition. Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item. Faulty products that have been pre-ordered from our webshop can be freely replaced or refunded within 7 days after delivery. Please contact us at payments@aedle.net for more information. For products that become faulty after the 7 days guarantee or have been purchased from our webshop, we offer a one-year limited warranty. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.

FORCE MAJEURE
During the period of force majeure the above obligations and rights are suspended. As force majeure are considered all unforeseeable and unavoidable events, such as acts of God, war or labour disputes. Should such a situation arise, we will inform you and try to solve the situation as best as we can.

LAW
Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to French law by French courts. There might apply additional legal requirements for you dependent on the laws of your country. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
